Physical illnesses, on the other hand, cause mental stress and cause us to become entangled in a maze of difficulties that even affect our conduct. It commences to descend. We experience agitation, sadness, anxiety, illness, depression, and negativity. We also begin to act inhumanely against others.

We can only escape this maze and achieve happiness, peace, and joy in our lives by practicing meditation. Only then can we lead contented and joyful lives.

To rid our lives of all kinds of sorrows, we must practice meditation.

1.The root of all of our problems stems from our mind, which constantly presents us with a need for happiness. Our body and intellect then try to fulfill this desire, but the mind itself never finds contentment. When it is satisfied, the mind immediately demands more, and even the body and mind cannot appease the mind alone. As a result, our lives become sorrowful, which also robs us of our ability to think and comprehend.

Meditation is necessary because it allows us to regulate and control our minds in such circumstances.

2. When we realize that everything in this world is a mirage, that all relationships are fleeting, that the body will eventually pass away, and that all feelings, happy or sad, are inevitably fleeting, we realize that this world is mortal. The individual then experiences extreme restlessness and begins to roam around in quest of contentment and tranquility. During this endeavor, he finds that meditation provides some relief, and he comes to understand the necessity of meditation since it is the only way we may feel content, happy, and comfortable. We are able to establish stability in our lives through meditation.

3.We deal with challenges on a daily basis. We face several challenges in our lives. Every field now has a great deal more competition. Everyone is preoccupied with their work, their education, their competition to outdo one another, and their own self-promotion. Apart from this, a person’s life is full of grief, stress, sadness, anxiety, frustration, and disappointment because of inflation, unemployment, corruption, issues brought on by an expanding population, and countless other issues. The only way out of these situations is through meditation.

4. Everyone feels alone in the crowd these days due to the way we live. People dislike having new experiences. People are now greedy and self-centered. To advance, some people are prepared to jeopardize even their friendships and connections. Selfishness conceals people’s true feelings. Everyone is alone because connections are not formed out of meaninglessness. They are surrounded by mental health issues because they have no one with whom to share their hardship, grief, tension, and disappointment. Some even begin turning to pharmaceuticals.

We should employ meditation to assist us get past this stress and hopelessness because it is the only way we can solve these issues.

Children have a great deal of pressure from their parents to excel in everything. Children also need to meditate from an early age in order to develop their ability to learn how to balance emotions and lead happy and successful lives. Often, children do not have the interest in or capacity for that work, which causes them to become victims of stress at a young age.

6. Relationship failure can also be a very sad thing. Relationship failure is the main cause of breakups for most people. People start to feel dissatisfied with their lives because they are surrounded by so much negativity, stress, and sadness. Here, the only things that can lead them back to happiness are spirituality and meditation.

7. We can also know and comprehend God by meditation. Great sages have used meditation to help them reach God.

Therefore, it may be claimed that everyone needs meditation given the state of the world today. Whether a person is dealing with a medical, emotional, spiritual, or social issue, meditation offers steadiness to their life and effectively manages a wide range of emotions and concerns.

At a point when my mind was clouded by anxieties, concerns, discontent, and expectations, I felt the urge to meditate. I had no idea what to do because I felt so powerless. I had no control over my life. My body, mind, and intellect were not supporting each other in the way I was living. I had lost all control over my body because I was so reliant on my thinking. The more I suffered, the more my mind grew afraid of being alone, and the more fear and anxiety I experienced, the more my mind scared me. I would sink into a deep depression and my physical sickness would get worse. I had surrounded myself with a wall of terror. Iwas unable to maintain mental control.

My intellect did not support my desire to be happy. Although my body had been defying me, I still wanted it to obey. I cried more when I wanted to laugh. I was nervous about meeting new people since I didn’t know what could offend me or if I got terrible news, I wouldn’t know who would look after me if my hands and legs started to tremble.I was terrified because every negative encounter I had would force my body and mind to react violently; my hands would start to twist inward, and my heart would start to skip beats. I would collapse upon the bed, powerless.

I used to make a great effort to stay out of situations like these. I used to argue with myself all the time, telling myself that I was too powerful to be thus weak. People with tremendous willpower can accomplish anything, but I was unable to maintain control over my body and mind. I was terrified of being by myself and felt much more alone since I was fearful of my body, thoughts, and brain. Many found comfort in sleep, but I was most scared of falling asleep since it would cause my body to shiver for a long time after I lay down. In the middle of the night, I would wake someone up and say, “I’m really scared,” so I started taking care of myself and talking to myself. My daughter helped me with this endeavor as well, and after several months of fruitless attempts, I began to see some results. I was starting to feel a little better now.

When you are in pain, you have only two options…

  1. Either accept the pain.
  2. Either confront him to remove him

I went for the second option since, really, who like suffering? I refused to pay attention to what my mind was trying to tell me. While it was simple to think about, I had trouble putting it into practice. I utilized a lightbulb that used to shine outside my room to help with this. Even before I would lie down, I would begin to stare at that bulb. My attention would often wander to my shivering body before being forced to return to the bulb. I was able to get some results after trying ineffectively for several days. Subsequently, I discovered that I had unintentionally begun to meditate, and it was via meditation that I gradually resumed my previous level of functioning.

It is possible to focus and maintain mental clarity through meditation. The only method by which we can consistently practice bringing stability and balance into our lives is meditation. We can recover from mental illnesses like stress, worry, frustration, hopelessness, and insomnia through meditation. Consistent meditation practice teaches us to master our mind, which is the source of all issues.

Sadness, anxiety, and other issues have no place in a meditating state.

In this place, contentment is the ultimate goal, which is why everyone attempts meditation occasionally or is interested in learning more about it. The only way to train the erratic thoughts that arise in the mind and bring them into equilibrium is via meditation.

Nowadays, individuals both domestically and overseas are attempting to incorporate meditation into their daily lives in an effort to improve their physical and mental well-being.

Thus, let’s all commit to practicing meditation every day going forward in order to start living joyful lives.

I am enthralled with the amazing world that God has created. The rhythmic inhalation and exhalation, the sun, moon, stars, trees, plants, mountains, ponds, waterfalls, animals, birds, cool breeze, and other elements. By focusing on the All-Powerful God, of whose we are all a part, I feel proud of myself and wonder how I could possibly be so defenseless and powerless. Like Hanuman ji, we’ve all lost sight of our own strength. In order for me to become extremely powerful and accomplish the purpose for which you have put me to this planet, please, O Lord, take me under your protection and remind me of my lost power.
In addition, I promise myself that there is a force in the universe that is constantly at my side, that will protect us, and that will never allow anything bad to occur. The only person who truly cares about us all is him.

We have no greater well-wisher than him, and even if he does anything wrong, it will only be to better prepare us for the trials ahead or to teach us something.

Next, I picture God’s energy entering my body with each breath and expelling all negative energy, sin, envy, rage, and other disorders. I give myself up at God’s feet, and I ask that, O Almighty God! I have a lot of ignorance. I have no idea how to approach you or show you reverence; all I know is that there is peace in your name, even though it does not exist everywhere. The world only brings suffering, and you alone take away all of it simply by virtue of the fact that I am at your feet.I commit to using all of my strengths and weaknesses. You now have the option of creating Kundan or, if you would like, rejecting it. However, I think you are holding me and putting me in your protective care.

Humans have been meditating to reach God since ancient India. Nothing about this is novel. Nonetheless, it’s now unquestionably necessary.

Many people here deal with mental and physical health issues on a daily basis, and like me, they can experience disappointment.

The only person who can help you the best is you, so I want to encourage everyone to try and help themselves.

Furthermore, you can certainly succeed if I can.

In order for everyone of you to be successful in using meditation to control your emotions and break free from tension and sadness, I have shared my experience here.

You all can share your experience about meditation. I wiil be happy to know about your experience.
