How can we develop positivity? Simple strategies will boost your mood.
Positive thinking is essential to living a happy life, as we all know. A prosperous and happy life is ours if we choose to behave in a positive way.
When a person is positive, they view every obstacle in life as a chance for growth and development. Our ability to accept life’s ups and downs with joy comes from positivity. We attain all of our goals without giving up because of our positivity.
Thus, it is evident that having a positive outlook on life is crucial for everyone of us to have fulfilling lives. As such, we should all strive to live positive lives. How then do we turn positive?
What about this is challenging? As simple as it seems, all it takes is a small amount of work on our part to put it into practice. Indeed, a significant amount of work is necessary. 😄
Our optimistic outlook truly determines how happy we are for the rest of our lives. Life is full of both joy and sorrow, yet we can remain joyful in life and maintain our courage by acting morally. “Joy” 😍Aha! You may appreciate what a significant accomplishment happiness is, and since positivity makes happiness easy to attain, the issue that needs to be answered is: how can one become positive?

What are some ways to recognize negativity?
The issue is that we frequently fail to acknowledge that we have fallen prey to negativity. We live our entire lives in misery, without even trying to pause and consider that anything is wrong with us because happiness is our natural state and we never strive to achieve it.
When the mind starts feeling sad and troubled in life, nothing around us seems good. We don’t feel like doing any work. The whole world starts seeming like our enemy and the most important thing is that we feel that God has written all the sorrows in our fate. Apart from these, wanting to get results without hard work, considering oneself the best, running away from learning new things even when needed, not adapting oneself with time and blaming others for every problem, not giving importance to the feelings of others, giving priority only to one’s own desires and feelings and very importantly finding only evil in every work and effort done by others, giving wrong arguments to prove one’s point right and behaving wrongly and stubbornly to prove it right – all these are the symptoms of negativity. When a person starts behaving like this, then it should be understood that negativity has caught the person in its clutches.
A person with a negative attitude finds evil in every action, person or event. Do anything for such a person but such people are never happy.
To be positive and happy, it is most important that the circumstances are examined carefully, the things which we can change should be changed and the things which are impossible to change should be accepted and an attempt should be made to change ourselves. But every ups and downs of life should be lived in such a way that the peace of our life remains forever.
Our habits, however, are the main obstacle to positivity. Even if we wanted to, we couldn’t break our routines.
Our mental and physical health are governed by our behaviors. We become accustomed to customs that have existed for a long time, which is why we are unwilling to alter even conservatively incorrect customs. It is impossible for us to break our habits. Many times, despite our best attempts, we are unable to break our bad behaviors even when we are aware of their negative effects.
what are these habits? And how do they come to be? Why don’t we just establish moral behavior?
Habits : What are they ?
A person’s habits are a reflection of their personality. When habits become ingrained in a person’s personality, they can suddenly be seen in their conduct. A person can conduct in a way that temporarily conceals their habits, but in unexpected circumstances, those patterns become apparent.
Put another way, a person acts in accordance with his or her habits. A person’s habits are their slave. Even though he wants to, he is unable to break his habits. For a while, a person may be able to manage his habits, but under difficult situations, his true patterns become evident in his actions.
How behaviors are established
A person’s “habit” is the result of stories, events, or customs that he hears or participates in repeatedly throughout his life. Habits are behaviors, processes, rituals, events, or behaviors that are repeated frequently in a person’s life—either knowingly or unknowingly—and that become deeply embedded in the person. We often begin working in our lives for a variety of reasons—sometimes out of necessity, sometimes as a pleasure. Over time, we grow accustomed to these activities and eventually turn into enslavers of these routines, which cause challenges in our daily lives.
Similarly, we do not realize when and how we get into the habit of negativity and by the time we realize, we are already badly trapped in the clutches of negativity. The biggest thing is that a person who is a victim of negativity is not able to understand that he himself has become the reason of his troubles and if he has to get rid of his troubles, he will have to take refuge in positivity, he will have to adopt a positive outlook in his life. To live a happy, successful and peaceful life, one will have to inculcate positivity in his life.
Why are we unable to change our bad habits even if we want to?
Why are we unable to change our bad habits even if we want to? Let us try to understand in very simple language why do we become slaves of habits? Even after knowing that these habits are wrong, they are harming the person, we are still unable to change our habits. Why??
Actually, all of us have a conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind. Our habits are the miracle of our subconscious mind. The subconscious mind does not have the power to think and understand, when an incident or behavior is repeated again and again in front of the subconscious mind, then the subconscious mind learns these behaviors without thinking anything. The conscious mind has the understanding of right and wrong but it is weak whereas the subconscious mind is very powerful. When a person wants to change any of his habits, then the conscious mind tells him that this habit is wrong, it is harming you, but the conscious mind loses to the subconscious mind, so the person is unable to change even the wrong habits.
Then what to do? How do we change our negative habits?? But how?? Is it possible??
Change negativity into positivity like this

Yes, it is absolutely possible; all we need to do is keep practicing positivity until it becomes second nature. When it comes to changing our negative or bad habits, we should take advantage of the subconscious mind’s innocence as children and repeatedly repeat the behaviors or habits in front of the subconscious mind that we desire in our lives. By doing this, the subconscious mind will be trained to replace bad habits with new, good, and positive behaviors, which will eventually become ingrained in the person’s routines.
Similarly, we can easily change negativity into positivity through continuous effort. For this, we should first make a list of those habits which we want in our life. We should stop paying attention to the habits which we do not want. We should stop feeding the subconscious mind with negative habits by trapping it in its own web and now we should start feeding it with good positive habits several times a day. For this, we can write positive thoughts on a paper and read it several times a day. These thoughts should be repeated first thing in the night before sleeping and as soon as we wake up in the morning because the subconscious mind becomes more active at night, so the last thought we hear before sleeping is quickly learned by the subconscious mind.
This requires us to practice positive behavior in front of our subconscious mind twenty-one times or more, until the subconscious mind fully understands the positive behavior. Our subconscious mind will eventually pick up the positive behavior with consistent practice, and the person will develop it into a habit.
Since the subconscious mind only retains information that it perceives frequently, we can acquire or break any habit if we consistently practice positivity or any other behavior. The subconscious mind becomes its slave in this way, picking up good and bad behaviors. It implies that learning is not impossible; all we need to do is acknowledge our current situation and work hard to improve it.

This was very helpful but how can we deal with external factors like difficult situations and people? Things that are not in our control but hugely impact our life. How do we feel positive about such things when so much is at stake? Please write an article on this too.
