Students , You just finished your exams? But now that you’re over your relief, are you fighting a wave of concern about the exams result ? This is a perfectly natural reaction, so don’t freak out. Here are some tips for surviving the post-exam waiting period so you may concentrate on your health.
Here are some tips which will help you to release post exam stress

- Acknowledge Your Emotions: because It’s normal to feel stress or anxiety. The first step towards managing your emotions is accepting them only after accepting the reason of anxiety you will be able to solve your problems.
- You can’t change the past : you have given the exams which you can do, you did your work and now nothing is in your hand .you can learn from past but you cannat change so why are you worried . - We should condition our mind in such a way that we can control it. Condition our mind to think just about the present and not take strees about the future as well as the past.Train your mind everyday to stay strong, positive and think just about the present. What happens in the past or what will happen in the future is not in your hands , the only thing which is in your hand is your actions, hardwork and determination.
- Believe in yourself and just do hardwork to achieve your goal. But don’t think about your goal in extreme like whether I will succeed or not , thinking about such thinks just cause stress and give us anxiety. Just think about doing hardwork .
- Stop Discussing about every details of the exams with friends. It might amplify anxiety. Try to enjoy your relaxing time to do those things which can give you relaxation .
- Try to Maintain a Healthy Routine. Eat well, exercise regularly and get enough sleep and read some good motivational story. Also spent some time with yourself ,family and friends .
- Do meditation everyday . With the help of meditation you can realease your stress and anxiety.
- Music can give lots of relaxation from anxiety.
- Think About the solution after the results are announced, decide what to do next. Look into backup plans or opportunities for additional schooling.
- Speak with a trustworthy family member, friend, or guidance counselor at school about the feelings or anxiety.
- If you feel stress and anxiety please concern with the psychaitrist or psycologist.
