Tips for controlling irrational thought…..

Nowadays one word is very popular – ANXIETY
Whether referring to a city, a community, a youngster, or an elderly person, everyone now uses this term frequently. What, after all, is anxiety?
What does the word “anxiety” mean? Here, we’ll attempt to comprehend anxiety. In Hindi, concern is referred to as “chinta,” and it is the overthinking of a subject or object. We are frequently compelled to think about such situations even when we do not want to because of circumstances or fears over which we have no control or which never materialize. These days, the majority of people have given up on life due to this issue and have drowned in a sea of grief, agony, and despair.
I spoke with someone a few days ago, and it turned out that he was having the same issue with overthinking. This implies that they reflect extensively on any event that occurs in their lives or disagreements they have with others. They find it difficult to forget that occurrence, but what are the long-term effects going to be? They become caught in this, which causes physical and mental health problems.
Nature of Anxiety: Which makes life difficult

Probably the most prevalent and widespread issue that affects all of us is anxiety, which is characterized by extreme worry about the results of all activities, events, and tasks, or more specifically, the future. In addition, we obsess about certain previous events that are passed our control and should not be brought up again. As a result, our minds begin to become disoriented. Our minds get so consumed by grief, anxiety, annoyance, and hopelessness that we lose control over them. As a result, we start to depend on our minds and experience all the sufferings in life that never were in the first place. Isn’t this absurd?
But trust me when I say that we all deal with additional challenges every day of our lives because of the same sufferings that have never existed and won’t in the future, but we deal with them all because of our overthinking habits. When our body becomes a victim of these mental health issues, a more severe version of them emerges. When sickness symptoms start to manifest in our bodies, we feel more impoverished and powerless. Together, the body, mind, and intellect make life challenging.
Our obsessive thinking habits are the only reason we have endured all these miseries; our mind cannot distinguish between a sadness that has actually occurred and one that is merely a product of our imagination, but in either scenario, both the body and the mind feel the same agony. Something becomes lost.
How can worry turn into a habit?
1.Certain behaviors or habits are ingrained in us from birth.
2. The people in our immediate social circle and our parents’ personalities have an impact on us as well. 3. We repeat certain behaviors every day, sometimes consciously and other times unintentionally. As a result, we eventually develop a tolerance to certain behaviors and find it difficult to break free from them. As a result, never begin acting improperly, not even once. Act in a way that would cause us problems later on since people are slaves to their routines.
4. Excessive anxiety is also a result of feelings of fear and insecurity.
5. Anxiety is also a result of having excessive love for something or anyone.
6. Being responsible makes one worry as well. 7. Mental and physical diseases can also cause anxiety.Typical issues that complicate our lives include: Issues brought on by excessive nervousness. 8. Occasionally, the hazardous surroundings we live in might also be a cause for concern. 9. Man assumes ownership of all his deeds and begins to hold himself accountable for both good and negative deeds. He is unaware that there is a force in place to look out for each and every one of us. Thus, devote that task to God whenever you are unable to do so.
(If someone does not believe in God, they should attempt to devote themselves to a power that aligns with their beliefs; this will greatly improve their quality of life. Regardless, there is no way to alleviate our anxiety over uncontrollable circumstances. It is best to work hard and trust God with the rest if it is going to happen.)
Issues resulting from an overly anxious behavior

We begin cutting life short rather than living it because of the worrying habit. The weight of life starts to feel heavy. We cease to be appreciative of the surroundings. We can no longer find satisfaction in the beauty of nature. The conversation going on around them seems to bore him. Stated differently, I am not in the mood to work. The mind doesn’t stop agitating. His ability to think and comprehend is significantly diminished, which is the most significant indication. Even so, such individual is unwilling to heed advise from others. An individual of this kind becomes solitary and perceives only his own sufferings. These individuals start to become somewhat conceited and lose sight of other people’s issues.
In such a situation, most people react in two ways:
1. The initial response is that we are the saddest animals on the planet and that we are the most sorrowful. Our body hurts, and so does our psyche. Our issue cannot be resolved. The world’s population is content, but we all face several challenges in our daily lives. It is easy to provide advise but harder to bear sadness, thus those who have never experienced sorrow can never understand our sorrow and can only offer us advice. This way of thinking exacerbates their negativity and depression.
These are the kind of people who neither assist themselves nor let others help them, which is how they become ensnared in the web of mental diseases since they are stuck in their issues and do not want to escape them. They seek to win over everyone’s compassion by locking themselves up and claiming to be the world’s most miserable creatures. They hope to live a life of constant crying and happiness.
2. Another group of individuals has a belligerent disposition. They view the issues that will inevitably arise in their lives as challenges and begin to solve them. These individuals think that rather than giving in to their circumstances, they should work to change them to their advantage. Individuals in this category grow stronger after encountering challenges, and by bettering themselves, they meet the challenges with greater tenacity.
For this reason, they belong to the successful people group, which is made up of people who have everything. When the issue is resolved, they improve the quality of life for themselves and others, become an inspiration to others, and have their name permanently recorded in history.
They certainly succeed after numerous failed tries rather than succeeding on their first try.
Give up worrying as a habit [solution]

If we so choose, we may train our worrying behavior via practice and make significant improvements to it. While a little challenging, this process is not insurmountable.
1. In order to live a happy life, we must first acknowledge that, if God has given anything to anyone in this world, it is unhappiness, difficulties, or problems. As a result, in order to effectively combat our challenges, we must first acknowledge that we are struggling.
Through this battle, we will become a better version of ourselves, more capable, and stronger both mentally and physically than we were before. We can now regulate our minds and overcome severe anxiety. And now we’re moving into the contemplative stage, when our minds may do anything we want.
2. I’ve heard since I was a young child that “We cannot change what is going to happen,” thus it’s a straightforward issue and we shouldn’t worry about it.
Second, worrying about what won’t happen is pointless as whatever is meant to happen will happen regardless of what isn’t meant to happen.
We worry, of course, but not needlessly. Since we have no control over anything other than our karma, we should focus solely on it.
3. Think instead of worrying since thinking solves issues while worrying makes them worse, both mentally and physically.
4. Develop the habit of good thinking or train your mind to think well, both of which are achievable with consistent work.
Any individual can experiment with creating positive or negative thoughts in themselves by making that thought or behavior a habit.
For this, write down any habit you wish to pick up or break in a positive way on a piece of paper. Carry this paper around with you and read it first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Aside from that, read this if you’re feeling down. Do this repeatedly over the course of 21 days. If you frequently find yourself in trouble, keep going through this procedure until this habit begins to show up in your actions.
5. You are the only one who can help yourself, therefore work on strengthening your resolve to be able to stop worrying and start thinking.
6. Exercise and meditation are some effective ways to manage the anxiety issue.
7. Ask your friends and relatives for assistance, and follow their advice. You will need to put forth effort if you wish to get out of these circumstances; other people can just provide you counsel and assistance.
8. Seek the assistance of a mental health professional if required. They have training. These are the better problems to solve.
9. You can also write your issue here. I’ll do all in my power to support each and every one of you.
Suggestions

In life, we all have to deal with both joy and sadness. We all experience ups and downs in our lives. All facets of life ought to be embraced. Whatever challenges life throws at you, you should rise above them by striving for what you deserve. You should also acknowledge the circumstances that are out of your control and either modify or remove yourself from them.
No matter how hard we try, there are some circumstances that we will never be able to change, so why worry about them? As for the future, we already worry about what might occur; these circumstances are also beyond our control, and it’s possible that by being afraid of the incident, we are compromising our health. so why give it a second thought?
Thus, it is evident that if you want to live a happy life, avoid worrying and constantly remind yourself of the fact that.
“Worrying won’t make anything happen; whatever is destined to happen will happen regardless. There’s no need to worry about the future if it won’t happen!”
We have the power to control our karma, therefore let’s work hard to attain our goals and rise to the obstacles that lie ahead. View the ways in which your pathways intersect; you never know when you’ll joyfully arrive at your destination.
